A Call for Restoration: The Inalienable Right of Kashmiri Pandits to Return Home

Give them their lands & Homes back in kashmir

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 19 (KD): In his statement while responding to desire of 15 lakh kashmiri Pandits back to kashmir, Dr. Khwaja Farooq Renzushah,Chairman kashmir society int. & Tagore Global Family, has appealed to all usurpants and occupients of their houses & land in valley to hand it over back to them to restore great image of great composit civilization of Kashmir.
He said the restoration of the Kashmiri Pandit community to their ancestral hearths and lands is not merely a request; it is a moral and historical imperative. We demand their immediate and unconditional return to Kashmir, where they may once again dwell in the homes of their forefathers and reclaim their rightful heritage.

It must be noted with absolute clarity that the Pandit community stands firmly against the division of our territory and rejects the notion of a separate Jammu state. Their heart remains tethered to the Valley. We must confront the disingenuous narratives propagated by certain political figures who falsely claim that Kashmiri Pandits have no desire to return. Such assertions are a calculated distortion of the truth and an affront to those yearning for their homeland.
The Historical Mandate for Justice

Kashmir Society International extends its unwavering and total support to the five hundred thousand Kashmiri Pandits who were ruthlessly displaced in 1990. This forced exodus was the direct result of the rise of radical and violent factions following the Eidgah Injimah 1989 , which introduced a toxic and alien radical  ideology to our soil which was unknown before 1990.

Kashmir has historically been a sanctuary of Renaissance, Unity, and Reshiyat. To honor this legacy, the radical elements within our society must abandon their exclusionary and extremist doctrines. They must pave the way for the return of our brothers and sisters, rather than obstructing the path to reconciliation.
The documented threats published in sections of the Kashmiri media on January 19, 1990, remain an undeniable and haunting testament to the forces that sought to dismantle the pluralistic fabric of our society.

These actions did more than displace a community; they tarnished the glorious image of Kashmir as a beacon of spiritual synthesis and cultural enlightenment. We call for a collective awakening. Let us restore the soul of the Valley by welcoming back the Kashmiri Pandits to the abode of Reshiyat.(KD)
